Vietnamese style tofu
Here today with a recipe for Vietnamese style tofu :) I've been looking around for ideas on this and been trying out this dish a few times now. This is what I found was best :) What you will need is: 1-2 blocks of tofu 1-2 garlic cloves 1-2 cm ginger, fresh 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 teaspoons coconut sugar or any other brown sugar 1-2 lemongrass Start with cutting the ingredients in small pieces, then put soy sauce, lime sauce, coconut sugar or any other brown sugar, ginger, lemongrass, garlic in a bowl and let marinate overnight in fridge. Dressing: Squeeze a half lime into a bowl, put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, and 1 tablespoon of oliveoil. Cook rice noodles or any other choice of noodles, cut cucumber, cale, carrot into smaller pieces, decorate with coriander. Cook the tofu on medium heat until done. Enjoy!
