Chow mein

Long time no see, foodlovers! Up here we have very foggy weather with -2C. Perfect day to make Chow mein, vegetarian chinese dish. Nom! So I have been looking around how to do this. Went to the grocerystore, and bam! Chow mein was born in this cold foggy finnish kitchen he-he!

What you guys will need to try this is:

Olive oil to fry in
3 x eggnoodle, (about 160grams dry) cook them for 5 minutes and set aside 
1 carrot
150 gram mangetout
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
5 springonions
3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice wine
2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil
A pinch of sugar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper

Start with cutting the vegetables and cooking the noodles, stirfry the vegetable first and then add the noodles with the liquids, stir for a while, and season, then you are done. Enjoy!
