Tomato pork with sweetpotato

Made pork in tomato-onion sauce with spicy sweetpotato. Yum!

700 gram pork
500 gram tomatoes
3 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1dl water
1-2 broth cubes
Chili, salt, pepper powder, bay leaf
Oil

Start by chopping vegetables in smaller pieces, fry onion, fry the pork for a while, then add the rest. Easy peasy. Put in oven 150C for 1-2 hours. The sweet potatoes can be put with the pork also, it would be tasty maybe. :)
