Jennifers chicken masala
Chicken masala, onion tomato sauce with chicken. I threw this together just in my head so I'm glad it turned out delicious. It took 2 hours but it was worth it!
700 grams chicken
500 grams onion minced
500 grams tomato
5 gralic cloves minced
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon jeera
1 tablespoon coriander
500 grams onion minced
500 grams tomato

1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chilipowder
A little black pepper
4 pods of green cardemom
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves
3 bayleaves
2 tablespoon greek yoghurt
1,5dl oil
Water

Water
First put oil in saucepan, put cinnamon, bayleaves, cardamom pods, and cloves, fry in oil for a bit and then add onion and garlic and the rest of spices. Fry until a bit brown, then add tomatoes, chicken and greek yoghurt. Stir around now and then, let cook under lid on low, add water when needed. Serve with basmati rice. Enjoy!
