Feijoada

Feijoada is by far the most stirdy dish I've ever tasted! It will keep you full for hours! It's beans and meat! Feijoada is traditionally served with oranges and rice.
This is a great dish to bring with you to work for a few days.

You will need 3dl black beens that have been soaking overnight in water. Rince them properly before you start cooking them in new water on low heat for about 2 hours.

1 pac of bacon and some ribs about 500 grams you'll also need, and 500 grams sausage, 200 grams choritzo, 3 onions, a little bit garlic, 2 tablespoons whitevine vinegar,  salt, pepper, a few bay leaves, water about 7dl.

Fry the meats and fry the onions, add them to the big pot of beans. Let simmer on low untill meat and beans feels done.

Served with rice, oranges, cabbage, manioc flour.
