Chinese stir fry

First decent Chinese stir fry I've made.

This one was quite easy. I used 800 grams of flanksteak, pork, 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 onions, 2 peppers, 3 tablespoons oystersauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon pepper, 2 tablespoon cornflour, a little bit of salt and sugar, olive oil to fry it in, 1 teaspoon rice vine.

Slice the meat in thin slices, mix the spices and sauces/licuids and cornflour to a marinade for the pork and let it marinate in the fridge for an hour or so, cut the onion and pepper, fry the vegetables, fry the meat, Cook the rice and enjoy!
