Beer goulash

Beer goulash! What could possibly be better on a cold november evening than some hot beer goulash? If you ask me, nothing! I love potatoes! And a goulash with that - paradise!
I'll tell you how to do it really quick! 
Just so you know, this takes 3 hour + of your life, but it's gonna be worth it!

You'll need 800 grams beef
2 onions
Tomatoes, or canned tomatoes if you are in a hurry
Carrots
Potatoes
Balsamicvinegar
Olive oil plus butter
1 big dark beer
chli, pepper, salt, parsley

Fry the meat in a big pot and add the rest! It gets fun, freestyle with the potatoes, carrots, use the amount you think feels nice! Enjoy, have fun!
