Mocueqa

Mocueqa! Lovely brasilian dish! You can use this recipe with fish, I think it's lovely and colorful. Fun and relaxing to make, nice to not have to concentrate on putting a lot of things in the pan in different order. Easy peasy!

Select the fish you want, I used alaska polloc because it is easy to find it in stores.
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
4 peppers
200 grams tomatopuree
1 can of coconutmilk
1 lime
1 tablespoon dende oil (palm oil)
salt, pepper, cummin, corainder

Slice the peppers, cut the garlic and onion in smaller pices, fry the fish and add the rest in the pan. When the fish and peppers are soft it is done! Serve with rice. Enjoy!
